We are a VAT registered BMW & Mini specialist and have access to the BMW UK AOS portal (the online service history platform) this means that we are able to upload service history directly to your vehicles iDrive.
We are often asked what services we offer, please below an example menu but do get in touch should you have a requirement not listed and we would be glad to offer you a quotation if it is a service we are able to provide.
Please note that as per our T&C's we do not offer a labour only service. All quotations are provided on the basis of both parts and labour being included within the price quoted. The only exception being performance parts - which are not an OEM fitment and therefore a warranty on the work is not included.
Timing Chains Replacement
ZF Gearbox servicing 6HP & 8HP & DCT
We recommend that if you have a 6 or 8 speed automatic transmission in your BMW then it should be serviced at 60,000 mile intervals or every 6 years. This will maximize the life of your gearbox with a smooth functionality.

Steering - ThyssenKrupp steering racks suffer with a common week point which is the eps thrust piece. We can update these parts and transform the drivability of your BMW.
Software updates - updating your BMW/MINI integration level is a must especially if it has never been done. It allows your electronics to look for issues more easily, removes known software bugs from old software (similar to how an iPhone or app update works on your phone) please get in touch to discuss this further.
We understand that customers want pricing to be as simple and as transparent as possible. We will always supply a detailed quote via email for you to review before you make any commitment.
Our pricing is based on OE quality parts and the correct grade of Shell engine oil, as recommended by BMW. BMW/Mini branded parts can be used at additional cost, just let us know and we will be happy to adjust your quote accordingly. (If your vehicle is under three years old we would highly recommend using BMW/Mini genuine parts to protect your warranty).
We have a fixed charge for a diagnosis visit which is £85.00 INC VAT
Should a return visit be necessary we will give you an estimate of costs before the job is booked in and carried out. If this estimate changes, for example because we have found something else wrong, we will discuss it with you in advance. You can decide if you want us to undertake the extra work, there is no obligation.
Often jobs can be monitored and left for later – if we would do that on our cars, we will advise you to do the same.
You pay us by bank transfer or card on completion of the job before you leave the premises and you will receive an electronic BM Connected receipt by email for your very important service history file and well as the relevant BM Connected stamp in your service book - if applicable. For all relevant vehicles we can update service history via the BMW AG server.
